Providing Air coolers in Summers, March 2015​

“Overcoming poverty is not a gesture of charity it’s an act of a Justice.” We spend our summers lavishly, comfortably and easily in a room with an Air conditioner. Ever thought how poor, needy, disabled children spend Their summers? No, because it never made a difference to anybody. But FAF’s team reached this Residential School for hearing impaired children (Deaf), who barely had fans and lights. While the temperatures were Soaring up to 50 degrees, these little kids were living here without fans. Looking at their awful condition, FAF decided to take up the responsibility Of fixing air coolers for the children. The expenditure of this activity Amounted to Rs 11000/- only

Independence Day at Burma Refugee Camp, Aug 2015

We reached the Refugee camps of people of Burma in Hyderabad. There were
Around 3-4 camps with hundreds of victims who left Burma and came to
Hyderabad to save their lives due to the riots going on in Burma. They are living
here, in Hyderabad, in small huts and rooms provided by the local people, they are
living a very hard life as there are no jobs available for them. They get to work for
4-7 days a month as a labor for which they get Rs.250-300 a month only.
Freedom Again Foundation took up this project to help them in any way
With food and employment.
Freedom Again Foundation has celebrated independence day in refugee camps of
Burma and distributed rice, wheat, pulses, pickle, toothpaste, soaps, etc..
And paid one month’s school fees of 170 kids.
Also, gave away 5k cash to the patients who travel from Balapur to Banjara Hills for
their free treatment. The expenditure of this activity was Rs. 28000/-

Dinner at McDonald’s, Sept 2015

FAF bagged in an opportunity of feeding the poor kids of Himayat Nagar at Mc
Donald’s. Something that they ever dreamed for!
It costed more than Rs 1,500/- but the smiles on their faces was priceless, As Hellen
Keller said ‘Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much’.

Annual Day Kachiguda Govt. School, Dec 2015

Freedom Again Foundation is pleased to inform that it has legally adopted the
Government High School.
After adoption of the School FAF organized an Annual Day function at the school
as we feel curricular activities are as important as education for the students.
As these kind of events are not been done at the Govt. Schools, we organizing such
event which was equivalent to the standards of a private school.
Sri. G. Kishan Reddy (President, T.S, and BJP) was invited as the Chief Guest along
with Diddi Rambabu (Area Corporator), it was a very successful event.

Distribution of Blankets and old clothes, Jan 2016

Freedom Again Foundation had conducted this activity where blankets were
distributed to the homeless. As we all know 30% of the Indians sleep on the roads.
The weather in India is highly unpredictable and still we find many homeless
sleeping on the road without any blankets to keep them warm in winters.
FAF had conducted this activity for the people sleeping on the roads in the slums of
Charminar, purani haveli and moghalpura. The total expenditure in this activity was
Rs 9000/-.

Projector for E-class at KGHS, Feb 2016

As a part of digital India, FAF has installed projector at the Kachiguda Govt. School
so that the children could enhance their education by visual learning, this projector
was donated by Mr. Shahalam Rasool Khan, chairman, Shadan Institutions, Rs.
26,000/- was the expenditure for this activity.

Mid-Day snack scheme at KGHS, Feb 2016

As extra classes were being scheduled for class X students till 7PM for the
preparation of Annual Exams. So Freedom Again Foundation decided to provide
snacks to the students for which Mr. Azhar Maqsusi, founder of Sani Welfare
Association came forward to provide the snacks to the students every day at 4pm.

Free Health Camp, Mar 2016

On the occasion of completion of first year Freedom Again Foundation had
organized a free health camp which included,
– Free dental checkup.
– Free skin checkup.
– Free general health checkup.
– Free medicines.
This camp was organized for the needy people who could not afford a dental
checkup, and skin checkup.

Distribution of Water, Mar 2016

This summer, water level has got a lot lower than before, borewells all dried up,
people walking miles for water.
So, FAF decided to provide tankers in the lanes of Shaheen Nagar every 2 days for
a total of 6 days as the area has very less water and people are not fortunate enough
to afford tankers.
A sister from Bahrain has come forward to fund for the activity and almighty give
her the ajr for this. The expenditure of this activity was Rs. 2300/-.

Bone Tumor Surgery, May’16

A sixteen years old girl who was suffering from bone tumor since 3 years, the father
of the girl was handicap and owned a small kirana shop, hence could not afford the
medical expenses and lost hope of curing her daughter. This case came to Helping
Hand Foundation, Ngo they again arranged the surgery at NIMS whose expenditure
was around Rs.1, 00,000. As the family was unable to arrange the required amount,
Helping Hands Foundation gave away Rs. 50,000 and Freedom Again Foundation
arranged Rs. 50,000. After a successful surgery the girl now is out of the danger and
the disease.

Distribution of Shoes, Aug’16

As most of the Govt school kids are not fortunate enough to wear shoes every day
to school, we decided to giveaway school shoes to 600 children of the Kachiguda
Govt school on the occasion of Independence Day by organizing a small event as
Nawab Najaf Ali Khan grandson of the Late Osman Ali Khan VII.
The expenditure for this activity was Rs. 60,000/-

Food Giveaway, Sept’16

As we believe in the saying “We rise by lifting others“. FAF decided to distribute
0.5Kg Meat and 1Kg basmati Rice for 100 homes for the underprivileged people
living in slums of Bahadurpura.
The cost of doing this activity was Rs. 37,500/-

Diwali, LED bulbs giveaway, Oct’16

On the holy occasion of Diwali, FAF decided to give away LED light bulbs for 150
homes in the slums of Neklace Road, Hyd.
As the festival itself is about light, we decided to light up the homes with led bulbs
which gives a brighter light and would also reduce the electricity bill.
The cost of doing this activity was Rs. 37,500/-

Distribution of Blankets, Dec’16

Distribution of Blankets is the activity we do every year, as the temperature is not
stable due to Global warming. Even today hundreds and thousands sleep across the
city without any shelter, so like every year we have distributed blankets to the needy
on the streets of Hyderabad and to the Patients at Osmania Hospital.
The expenditure of this activity was Rs. 9000/-.

Christmas Day at Blind School, Dec’16.

On the Occasion of Christmas, we distributed gifts in the Govt. Girl’s Blind School.
Festivals are for everyone, but not everyone gets to celebrate. These special kids
deserve to get more attention and love from us.
The expenditure of this activity was Rs. 7000/-

Distribution of Snacks at Hearing Impaired School, Feb’17.

There are people who need more Love than we do. This month, we took the activity
of distributing Snacks for the Special kid’s, they are not normal like us, but are more
joyful and thankful than us. Expenditure: 2,500/-

Breakfast at a Restaurant for Kids, Mar’17.

We have taken children of Kachiguda Govt School to have breakfast at a restaurant
as, the majority of the kids told it was their first time experience.
Expenditure: 6,000/-

9 YO Boys surgery, Apr’17

One night, we got a call regarding a 9 years old boy who fell down and broke his left
arm, the boy had no father so it was difficult for the mother to arrange the amount
of the surgery, we were glad that we could help with the amount Of surgery and
clear the bill. The amount of this surgery wasRs.8000/-.

Workshop at KGHS, Apr’17

“Stories have to be told or they die, and when they die, we can’t remember who
we are or why we’re here.” A story telling event was organized at Kachiguda Govt
School. This helps in enhancing students listening and reading skills, such events
does not happen usually at government schools but we’re glad that we could do it”

Education Survey Kachiguda, May’17

Door to door Education survey has been done, where we reached out homes in the
slums of Kachiguda and took complete details of the Kids education and to those
kids who are not studying, we are enrolled them in the Kachiguda Govt School
which is adopted by us, by counseling they and their parents. Education is the
Fundamental right of a Child and it is what will change their future.

WTA event with Sania Mirza, Aug’17

World Tennis Academy did a event in Hyderabad at Sania Mirza Tennis Academy.
They invited FAF alongside the students of Kachiguda Govt. School. It was an honor
to getting training from the Tennis legend herself. They played together for hours.
In the end they also distributed some goodies to the kids.

New Born Health Case, Sept’17

A new born was battling for life, the babies family was not in a condition to bear
the medical expenses. They reached out FAF and we were fortunate enough to raise
the funds and get the kid out of danger. The expenditure of this activity was Rs.
45,000/-.

Festive Activity- Diwali, Oct’17Hyderabad,Mumbai.

On the Festive occasion of Diwali, we decided to light up the homes of the unfortunate with LED Bulbs. We covered the Slums of Ambedkarnagar, Necklace road and Basheer Bagh. We also light up sky lanterns with the children after motivating them on their academics. The expenditure for this activity was Rs. 10,000/-.

Installation of Ceiling Fan’s in a School, Feb’18.

2 schools reached us out in need of Ceiling fans, as it was peak summer it was
important to have good fans in the school we believe it is a basic need. So, we were
able to give away 20 fans in one school and 10 in another.

Distribution of Utilities, Mar’18

How can the parents who earn merely 8-12k per month afford to enroll their
children in a good private school?
They cannot, hence there are Govt school which offer free education, meal,
uniform, textbooks which is great but then there a lot more needed to involve the
children more into academic’s and increase the quality of education by providing
them with more utilities such as benches, shoes, computers, sports, excursions,
Annual day etc. Which we have been trying to deliver to Kachiguda Govt School
since3years.
Now, we feel it’s time to provide the same in more Govt schools of Hyderabad. So,
now FAF going to Adopt Chanchalguda High School and try our best to deliver,
starting with our first acitivity we distributed Education kits to the Children of the
school which had a Bag, pencil box, water bottle, tiffin and a comic book. We would
like to thank Green Gold Animation for being so generous and giving away such
beautiful goodies receiving them the kids were more than happy. We hope there is
a lot more to work on together. Exp: 3, 99,500/-.

Festive Activity- Ramzan, Jun’18

We have done our Iftaar Drive FAF and covered around a 100 home’s in Kachiguda
of both Muslim and Non-Muslim home’s as we believe food and hunger is nothing
to do with Religion.
Each Iftar Move box consisted of:
Dates, Fruits, Daleem (haleem), Biryani, Water bottle.
It was a very warm experience from people and we were glad that we got to break
our fast in on the homes.
This wouldn’t be possible without the Donors, and Volunteers.

distributed shoes to all the Primary school children, 200.
It is very important wear shoes to school as it shows discipline, and encourages the
children for more regularity and focus towards academics.

Students College Fee B. Pharm, Aug’18

A girl who wanted to persue Bachelors of Pharmacy due to financial conditions of
the family she was unable get it. FAF helped raising funds and paying the one year
fee of the girl. The expenditure of this activity was
Rs. 32,000/-.

We distributed clothes for Girl’s in Slums of Kachiguda. This activity was initiated
by a young teenager who also came along for the distribution. The expenditure of
